Por la noche los recepcionistas cuando hablan entre ellos se oye bastante y si tienes el sueño ligero cuesta un poco dormirse. Pero por lo general es gente muy amable y correcta al atenderte. Muy cómodo, limpieza aceptable. Algo viejo el mobiliario, pero decente.

2013-06-03 00:00:00Habitación sucia, la almohada estaba amarilla de sudores, en la ventana no había cortinas con lo cual en cuanto salia el sol se acabo el dormir. Se escuchaba todo, cada vez que alguien hacia algo de ruido parecia que lo tenias en la habitación, la cama chirriaba por cualquier movimiento que hicieras.

2013-02-21 00:00:00I have not been in such hostel in my life... It was awful. It was a individual room with bathroom. The room was around 8m2, of course with the bathroom included which even did not have a normal door if not it has a sliding door due the size of the room. Regarding furniture, well, being generous I would say that the furniture could have around 20 years. the cover of the bed was dirty and the walls as well. The noise during the night was crazy, just beside there is a machine room or something like that... unbelieveable! As I said the worst hostel room I have been in my life. there was not toilet papel, not towels, nothing... I would not pay even 5 euros for pass there one night. I´M NOT EXAGGERATING! the pictures from the web side are not the reality at all. FAKE. Well, there was a nice thing, the receptionist, she was friendly (the one who work during afternoon)

2013-02-14 00:00:00La habitación, al ser exterior era muy ruidosa, la ventana del balcón no cerraba del todo y aparte de entrar mas ruido, también lo hacía el frío. Para rematar la nevera tampoco hay quien la aguante, salta cada hora el circuito, a puntito estuve de desenchufarla. Los otros huéspedes tampoco es que fueran muy respetuosos con el ruido, pero eso "no es culpa de la dirección", Las siliconas de los baños estaría bien pasarles una mano porque estaban amarillentas, esperaba amenities pero tampoco había. El portal huele a tubería que echa para atrás. La habitación es cara para lo que se ofrece, ya que por menos dinero he dormido mejor en otros sitios. En resumen, por las fotos de la web esperaba algo mejor, enhorabuena, sois buenos en publicidad engañosa.

2012-04-10 00:00:00Deberían reformarlo porque las ventanas no cierran bien y lo solucionan poniendo la calefacción muy fuerte. Deberían tener mejor servicio técnico ya que estuvieron 5 días sin servicio para pago con tarjeta.

2012-01-08 00:00:00Estaba alojada en la habitacion N` 110(salida de las ventanas a la calle Balmes), y por la noche no habia manera de dormir por el ruido de la calle. Investigando un poco me he dado cuenta que en la puerta del balcon las ultimas 2 ventanas de abajo noeran de cristal , sino de plastico ,y ademas mal ajustadas a las ranuras, por eso se posia oir cada paso de la calle. es lo unico que hay. el resto , todo perfecto.
