Hostal Ruta de Francia is an affordable, comfortable two-star establishment that enjoys an excellent location in the center of Barcelona. It is located just 10 minutes from Gaudí's famous Sagrada Familia temple and 10 minutes by metro from Plaza Catalunya. It is located in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona and very close to other tourist attractions such as the TNC (National Theater of Catalonia), L'Auditori, the Monumental bullring, and the famous Torre Agbar. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, on the first and second floors of the building. Access is via stairs. We do not have an elevator. The rooms are small but comfortable, beautifully decorated and include a TV and desk.. Most of them have a private bathroom and others have a shared bathroom. In our hostel cleanliness and hygiene are guaranteed. Our staff is at your entire disposal to facilitate your stay. Staff are available from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM for check-in and free luggage storage and from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM for check-in and check-out. Outside of these hours, you can contact the property directly. Emergency assistance is available via WhatsApp and telephone at any time. The property staff can also provide tourist information. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants and shops. The many shops at the Glòries shopping center are approximately 10 minutes' walk away. L'Estació del Nord, Barcelona's main bus station, is just a 15-minute walk away. The Encants metro station is 200 meters away and the Monumental and Glòries metro stations are 550 meters away. Ruta de Francia Hostel is located in the Eixample District, in the area of the Sagrada Familia, very close to the TNC (National Theatre of Catalunya), the Auditorium, Plaza de Toros La Monumental, the Glorias Mall and the Agbar Tower. This hostel is near the Hospital of San Pablo, and only 15 min. in public transport from the beach, the Ciudadela park, Catalunya Square, Diagonal Mar Mall and the Forum, among others. In a few yards there are many parkings to park your vehicle; from our hostel it will be very easy to move around the city of Barcelona in public transport, in the vicinity you will find many subway stations, bus and tram stops and a train station.

Une chambre simple mais propre et bien entretenue. Un personnel souriant même à 2h00 du matin. Un quartier tranquille, loin de l'agitation de l'hyper centre touristique, mais proche par les transports en commun, a 10mn de la Sagrada à pied Quoi demander de mieux pour un séjour à Barcelonne

El Precio Justo sería 40€/noche 2 personasBarcelona está muy caro si no reservas con tiempo. Por 70€ nos dieron una habitación con cama de matrimonio, limpia, pero el baño fatal!!! Limpio pero estaba hecho en una esquina del dormitorio sobre un escalón de dimensiones muy reducidas: el lavabo, la mini ducha y el wc están en 5 metros cuadrados. Para lavarte el cuerpo los brazos tropiezas contra las paredes, la cortina se te pega, el agua se sale, los bordes del mini plato ducha son 2 azulejos en horizontal. A 5min De la Torre Agbar y a 12 min de la degrada familia.

Aunque todo se ve limpio, la ropa de cama huele a tabaco. De alguna manera habría que solucionarlo, está prohibido fumar dentro de las habitaciones pero parece que no se cumple y después lo sufren los siguientes usuarios.

Ha sido un estancia plácida en general. Uno de los días algo de ruidos provenientes de obras y vecinos, pero dentro de lo normal. Algo a señalar negativamente es que el precio por noche es ciertamente caro. Por este precio considero que el baño debería ser algo más amplio y las camas de más calidad y confort, sin ser malas las que hay.

El baño estaba con el desague tapado y lo mejor sería la temperatura de las habitaciones fuera individual. Tuve que levantarse en la madrugada para pedirle encender el aire acondicionado

Ruidoso por la noche tanto en el interior como del exterior. Baño incómodo, super estrecho, espejo alto, secador pelo junto grifo agua. No se puede subir con el ascensor, se llega al hostal con las maletas por una estrecha escalera. Dicen que hay aire acondicionado y no es cierto o no lo ponen para no gastar. Colchones blandos y deformados.

Para acceder a la recepción (primera planta) no hay ascensor, lo que supone tener que subir las maletas a peso por las escaleras. Es un edificio muy antiguo,así como todas sus presentaciones. Nos situaron en la habitación 6,que era la que estaba justo detrás de la mesa de recepción, lo que significa no poder descansar al estar continuamente escuchando el teléfono sonando asi como la llegada y salida del resto de clientes con las respectivas conversaciones con la recepción. No había luz natural debido a que la ventana daba al patio interior en el que estaba el ascensor. Las camas eran súper incomodas. La foto de las habitaciones que vimos donde reservamos no se corresponden con la realidad.

Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Es un hostal modesto pero es ideal para visitar sitios todo el día e ir a la habitación a descansar. Tiene tv, secador y wifi, así je perfecto.

Clean and safe staying in a nice neighbourghood. A bit noisy due to the street sounds, but that is very common in Spain. If it is just for sleeping and a shower, this is the place to be.

O local é acessível, bem próximo a Sagrada Família. As pessoas são agradáveis, mas o acesso aos quartos é um pouco ruim se você estiver com malas grandes. O ar condicionado também falha um pouco, mas no geral é um local com preço acessível, principalmente para quem viaja sozinho.

La habitación era mínima, imposible abrir el minúsculo armario que tropezaba contra la cama. El aseo, 2 m2 como máximo, con una ducha de 50 cm absolutamente pegada al wc (con cisterna en alto y tirador de cadena... creí ya no existía esto) y al lavabo. Una ventana que no cerraba bien sobre el mismo cabezal de la cama con lo que toda la noche estaba entrando aire que te daba en la cabeza. La cama, bajo la sábana bajera tenía una segunda sábana protectora del colchón de plástico con el correspondiente ruido y falta de traspiración. Muy muy flojo.

el hostal tiene el moviliario nuevo y limpio, pero las ventanas y baños tendrian que renovarse. Las puertas son muy finas y los ruidos se oyen muchisimo, deberian bajar el volumen del timbre por las noches, debido al gran trasiego que tiene. Situacion comoda para desplazarse tanto andando como en transporte publico. personal muy amable y dispuesto a ofrecer informacion.
